Ingredients
105 g Wheat flour D’OURO T55
100 g unsalted butter
180 g chopped dark chocolate
135 g sugar
90 g srown sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon Salt
20 g cocoa powder
Recipe
- Melt the butter and chocolate, stirring until completely melted.
- Add the sugars and blend.
- Add the eggs and beat.
- Add the vanilla, the salt, the cocoa powder and the flour and blend.
- Put the dough into a rectangular cake tin lined with parchment paper and bake in preheated oven at 180ºC for 30 minutes.
