Ingredients

105 g Wheat flour D’OURO T55
100 g unsalted butter
180 g chopped dark chocolate
135 g sugar
90 g srown sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon Salt
20 g cocoa powder

Recipe

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate, stirring until completely melted.
  2. Add the sugars and blend.
  3. Add the eggs and beat.
  4. Add the vanilla, the salt, the cocoa powder and the flour and blend.
  5. Put the dough into a rectangular cake tin lined with parchment paper and bake in preheated oven at 180ºC for 30 minutes.
