Recipe

1. With a whisk, beat the eggs, the sugar and the vegetable oil.
2. Add the flour and cinnamon and blend.
3. Peel the apples, cube them and break the walnuts into small pieces. Add them to the dough and mix with a spoon.
4. Put the dough in a cake pan greased with butter and dusted with flour. Place in preheated oven at 200ºC, for 45 minutes.
