280 g Wheat Flour D’OURO Special Cakes + more to dust
400 g sugar
115 g vegetal oil
200 g peeled walnuts
4 meduim apples
- With a whisk, beat the eggs, the sugar and the vegetable oil.
- Add the flour and cinnamon and blend.
- Peel the apples, cube them and break the walnuts into small pieces. Add them to the dough and mix with a spoon.
- Put the dough in a cake pan greased with butter and dusted with flour. Place in preheated oven at 200ºC, for 45 minutes.
