240 g Wheat Flour D’OURO Special Cakes + to sprinkle
270 g carrot (3 carrots médias)
200 mL oil
360 g sugar
- Peel and grate the carrots.
- In a bowl, beat the grated carrots, oil, eggs and sugar, until an homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add the flour and beat again.
- Transfer the dough to a rounded shape greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.
- Put in preheated oven at 180°C for about 50 minutes.
- Let cool and serve.
