Ingredients

240 g Wheat Flour D’OURO Special Cakes + to sprinkle
270 g carrot (3 carrots médias)
200 mL oil
Butter
3 eggs
360 g sugar

Recipe

  1. Peel and grate the carrots.
  2. In a bowl, beat the grated carrots, oil, eggs and sugar, until an homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add the flour and beat again.
  3. Transfer the dough to a rounded shape greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.
  4. Put in preheated oven at 180°C for about 50 minutes.
  5. Let cool and serve.
