200 g Wheat Flour D’OURO Special Cakes
150 g margarine at room temperature
150 g sugar
1 lemon (juice and zest)
- In a bowl, beat the margarine with the sugar, until the mixture is homogeneous. Add yolks and beat. Add lemon zest, juice and flour and beat well.
- In another bowl, beat egg whites. Add 1/3 of them to the remaining ingredients and whisk. Then, add the remaining egg whites and wrap gently with a spoon.
- Put the dough in a greased and dusted form and bring to preheated oven at 180º C, for 30 to 40 minutes or until cooked.
